Since obtaining my law degree in 2004, I worked in criminal law for many years, in Texas and Pennsylvania. After settling in Slippery Rock with my wife, I recognized that our neighbors would be better served through family, financial, and estate law, so I opened my practice to help our community with those needs.
Qualifications
I hold a bachelor's of science degree in Biology from the University of Kansas and a law degree from The Pennsylvania State University - Dickinson School of Law. I am a member of the Texas Bar, Pennsylvania Bar, The Butler County Bar Association, and Christian Legal Society.
History
I began my career in law prosecuting criminal cases with the Cameron County District Attorney's Office in Brownsville, Texas. In that position, I was the lead courtroom prosecutor of all juvenile offenses in the county. After serving in that position for 2 years, I was promoted to a lead prosecutor position in adult prosecutions.
In 2008, my wife Megan and I (and our new baby Luke) relocated from Texas to Pennsylvania to be closer to family. We settled in Slippery Rock, where I accepted a position in a local law firm where I practiced criminal defense and also established a bankruptcy practice for the law firm.
A year later, I founded The Nash Law Office in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania where I focus on Family Law, Criminal Law, Bankruptcy, and Wills/Probate Law.
Personal
My wife, four kids, and I make our home in northern Butler County. In my free time, I enjoy fishing with my children, fishing without my children, and hunting.
